HAND DRUMMING & PERCUSSION

GRADES K-1 • JOHN MARSHALL

Explore improvisational exercises in traditional rhythms from across the world with internationally recognized master percussionist, John Marshall. Participants will use a variety of tuned percussion instruments including frame drums, Egyptian tambourines and dumbeks, congas, djembes, and a drum kit. This workshop culminates in a student performance where children share their newly acquired musical skills with family and friends.
