TEACHING ARTIST
ASAP! is looking to partner with teaching artists and educators from various backgrounds and practices to develop joyful, meaningful programs for learners of all ages. Our programs take two distinct forms: immersive in-school programs which integrate hands-on artistic experiences with core school subjects, and after school and summer programs which offer opportunities for exploration, collaboration, and celebration. FREELANCE PHOTOGRAPHER
ASAP! is looking for an experienced freelance photographer for documentation of our programs and events. Photos will be used in print, website, and social media. You must be comfortable interacting with and directing kids and adults to achieve shots including establishing shots of programs and events, closeups, groups, action shots, staged, candid, and portrait. Our programs take place both indoors and outdoors, and you must be able to provide your own transportation to locations in northwest CT. If interested, please contact zakiyah@asapct.org.
FREELANCE VIDEOGRAPHER
ASAP! is looking for an experienced freelance videographer for occasional documentation of our programs and events. Videos will be used for promotion on video streaming platforms, and on social media. You must be comfortable interacting with and directing kids and adults to achieve desired shots, including establishing shots of programs and events, closeups, action shots, staged, candid, portrait, and interview. Art direction, concept, graphic content, and reviews for edits will be provided by the ASAP! team. This position requires travel to program locations, and you must provide your own transportation.
