GRADES 2-5 • AMERICAN MURAL PROJECT (AMP)
Join us in Winsted, Connecticut to experience the largest 3-dimensional mural in the world! American Mural Project has worked with over 40,000 kids and adults across the USA to create this larger-than-life tribute to American workers like firefighters, musicians and pilots. Once fully installed, the mural will be 120 feet long, five stories high, and six feet deep! On our visit, you’ll learn all about how the mural was created, and then participate in a hands-on design project led by an AMP mural artist.
