In 2018, I had the pleasure of being introduced to ASAP! through Children’s Community School, where my children attended. The programs are enriching experiences; my older son enjoyed the Metamorphosis Project. What I have admired most about ASAP! is their commitment to providing equitable services. Furthermore, the confidence the teaching artists create in these young emerging artists who share these developing unique skills and talents with all of us.

For the past twenty years, I have worked in the non-profit sector empowering individuals with various mental and health impairments to increase their independence; I spent eight years administering programs and services. Additionally, I come to ASAP! with parent leadership skills and a passion for working with underserved communities to increase parent engagement and empower our youth to be leaders in their communities.
