A DAY ON THE FARM

GRADES K-5 & FAMILIES • PATRICK HORAN, KAITLIN CLARK & FLOOF

ASAP_DayOnTheFarm_WaldingfieldFarm_102020
Join Farmer Patrick, artist Kaitlin Clark, and Floof, a Polish crested Bantam chicken for an afternoon farm tour, art-making, and trivia. Visitors to Waldingfield Farm will learn how food and farming affect our lives and the world around us, and how Waldingfield is part of creating a sustainable, healthy community. Along the way, they will gather plant materials to use in their clay sculptures inspired by Floof and their experience on the farm–and Kaitlin and Floof will challenge the group with some chicken trivia! Although families are invited to enjoy this program, students are welcome to get dropped off for the session.
