The Medical Forms are needed only if you are an ASAP! program participant that requires administration of medication by an ASAP! staff member or need to take medication during an ASAP! program. For example, if you use an EpiPen or inhaler, you need to submit these forms form by emailing them to or mailing to ASAP!, P.O. Box 15, Washington Depot, CT 06794.


ASAP! Summer Camp participants, teaching artists and assistants are required to submit a Health Form signed by their doctor by emailing to or mailing to ASAP!, P.O. Box 15, Washington Depot, CT 06794.


What are ASAP!’s hours?

ASAP! office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm

Is the ASAP! office open in the summer?

Yes, the ASAP! office is open all year round. We offer several summer programs, including Summer Theater Intensive and ASAP! Summer Camp.

With what school are you associated?

ASAP! is not associated with a particular school. We are an independent non-profit organization based in Washington Depot, CT. Our mission is to foster creative, hands-on learning through the arts: ASAP!

Do you provide transportation to workshops?

Transportation is provided for most Inter-district Project workshops and some other workshops–please check the workshop description that interests you and/or your child to see if transportation is provided. Upon signing the registration form, parents or guardians give permission for students to take the designated bus to the off-campus workshop site. ASAP! provides transportation for all field trips.

Do you have to be a resident of Region 12 to participate in the ASAP! programs?

No, anyone age 3 and older from any town in any state may participate in ASAP! programming.

Where are your workshops held?

Program locations currently include Bridgewater, Brookfield, Danbury, Hartford, Kent, Litchfield, New Milford, Newtown, Roxbury, Southbury, Torrington, Washington, Waterbury and Woodbury. Our programs are located in a variety of locations, including public and private schools, community centers, churches, art centers, artist studios, and many other venues.

What is your class cancellation policy for teacher illness or weather?

When there is a cancellation due to weather, we will contact you to schedule a make up day. If the instructor is ill and a substitute is not available, we will contact you to schedule a make up day.

What is your tuition cancellation policy for school year programs?

Registration fees are due upon enrolling and are non-refundable. If you cancel prior to the start of class you will receive a full credit to be applied toward any future program. 

What is your refund/cancellation policy for summer camp?

Full tuition reimbursement will be given for cancellations before June 1, 2020. 50% tuition reimbursement will be given for cancellations between June 1 and June 30, 2020. We are unable to reimburse tuition for cancellations received on or after July 1, 2020.
