PROGRAM ASSISTANT

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to support the Program Team with administrative, operational, and marketing tasks to carry out successful youth arts programs. We are a small, collaborative team that values clear communication and creativity in delivering a wide range of in-school, after-school, and summer programs and events.

 

This growth-oriented role is ideal for candidates passionate about arts education and eager to strengthen their skills in program support and marketing. Responsibilities include administrative tasks, partner communication, and marketing including social media, email campaigns, and promotional material development. SUMMER CAMP COUNSELOR

ASAP! is looking to hire summer camp counselors who are passionate about the arts, education, nature and working with youth. You must be an energetic team player who is a skilled listener, observer and learner. You will work alongside ASAP! staff, teaching artists and youth to create a cohesive and safe experience for campers over the summer. You must be 18 years or older to apply. TEACHING ARTIST

ASAP! is looking to partner with teaching artists and educators from various backgrounds and practices to develop joyful, meaningful programs for learners of all ages. Our programs take two distinct forms: immersive in-school programs which integrate hands-on artistic experiences with core school subjects, and after school and summer programs which offer opportunities for exploration, collaboration, and celebration.
