A Connecticut Creative Arts Organization

Meet the Staff

JoAnne Torti

Executive Director. As Executive Director of ASAP! I have the privilege of working with our staff to create and provide innovative programs that inspire and educate children and adults that bring community and artists together. Over the years we have kept our relationships with many of our teaching artists. Some of the most exciting programs happen when ASAP! alum returns to teach for us, sharing his or her knowledge and experience from their artistic endeavors.

Annie Musso

Business Manager. Annie was raised in Litchfield County and participated in various arts programs, including singing and acting. Annie received her Bachelors in Social Work from the University of Vermont, with plans to pursue a career in the non-profit sector. Her career paths took her to California and New York before returning back to her roots in Connecticut. She is incredibly excited to join an organization that brings together her personal passions for the arts and youth-focused non-profit, community work and she draws on her professional experiences in areas of finance and human resources where she built her skills in organization and management.

Ali Psomas

Program Manager. I plan and organize the workshops and programs, work with the teaching artists, the schools and the students. I am responsible for social media communications for ASAP! as well as coordinate ambassadors to help with the programs throughout the year. I am the mother of a 5 year old who loves ASAP!. In my spare time you will catch me at a rehearsal or performing in a regional theatre production.

Jennifer Pote

Program Coordinator. I coordinate workshops by contacting schools, parents and PTO’s as well as assist Program Manager in planning and scheduling workshops each year. I handle all press releases and serve as a primary media contact. I also assist in organizing ASAP! events. I live in Washington with my husband, Scott, my daughter Bailey and son Noah. In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering in my community and spending time with my family.

Stacey Dillard

Graphic Designer. I strategize and create all of the promotional materials and visual communications for ASAP!. I also manage the website, post information on social media, and send out informative digital e-blasts to further our cause. When not designing, you can find me spending time with my family, singing at an open mic or painting in my home studio.
